Initiates a new motion capture recording session.

This operation respects the global Studio Countdown.

If Countdown > 0: The system initiates the countdown sequence.

If Countdown = 0: Recording starts immediately.

In both cases, this endpoint returns 200 OK to confirm the command was valid and the process has begun.

The request will fail with 422 if the studio is not in a Ready State:

Devices must be connected.

Actors must be tracked/calibrated.

System must be calibrated.
